What does the warranty cover?
All products sold by us (and anywhere else) are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act, and the Fair Trading Act. The major points are:

» Fit for the purpose they are made for
» Safe (when used within design specifications)
» Durable - last for a reasonable time
» Have no minor defects
» Acceptable in look and finish
» Goods must match description

Some example situations might be:

Problem: You purchased a paintball gun from us, and it leaks the first time you put gas in it.
Solution: In this situation you would return it to us and we would fix the problem. If the problem was unfixable, we would replace the item or refund your money.

Problem: You purchased a paintball mask from us and it had a scratch on the lense.

Solution: We would replace the lens.

What doesn't the warranty cover?

Warranties on items do not cover things such as:

» Wear and tear obtained by normal use i.e. o-rings failing, anti-fog lenses losing effectiveness.
» Modified equipement i.e. drilling holes in various parts.
» Mistreated equipment i.e. not regularly following correct maintenence procedures.
» Damage caused by shipment i.e. broken paintballs.

Some example situations might be:

Problem: You purchased a paintball gas tank from us, and after screwing it in and out a few times, it starts to leak while screwed into the gun.

Solution: In this situation the item wouldn't be covered, because the fault is likely to be related to the tank o-ring being damaged by the normal process of attaching the tank.

Problem: You purchased a paintball gun from us, and after 6 months of use it starts to leak or not fire correctly.

Solution: In this situation you would have to pull apart the marker and inspect all the areas where wear develops. If you can't find the fault you can ask us to inspect it, but if no manufacturing fault is found and the problem was wear related, then we can fix the gun at your cost.

Who pays for shipping of returning products?
The customer pays for shipping the faulty product to us, and we pay to send the replacement.
